ELEMENTRAC ONH‑p 2 Oxygen / Nitrogen / Hydrogen Analyzer

The new ELEMENTRAC ONH-p 2 is a powerful and robust elemental analyzer for measurement
of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen concentrations in inorganic materials like steel, iron,
copper or ceramics. The highly sensitive NDIR and thermal conductivity detectors
reliably detect element concentrations from low ppm content to high percentages.
The innovative sample port system with pulsed chamber rinsing and vertical
sample drop allow for user-friendly and comfortable analysis of rod-shaped, granular or
powdery samples with a weight of up to 2 grams.
The ELEMENTRAC ONH-p 2 elemental
analyzer meets or exceeds the requirements of all relevant international standards such as
ASTM E 1019 or DIN EN 3976.
Carbon / Sulfur Analyzer ELEMENTRAC CS‑i

The elemental analyzer ELEMENTRAC CS-i measures the carbon and sulfur concentration in
predominantly inorganic samples through combustion in an induction furnace and the
subsequent analysis of the gaseous combustion products carbon dioxide and sulfur
dioxide.
The ELEMENTRAC CS-i meets and exceeds the requirements of all common standards
for carbon and sulfur measurement, such as ASTM E1019, DIN EN ISO 153
Thermogravimetric Analyzer TGA Thermostep

Thermogravimetry is a standard method to analyze organic, inorganic and synthetic
materials. Thermogravimetric analysis in general means the measurement of the weight
loss during a user-defined temperature or heating process.
ELTRA’s TGA Thermostep is a thermogravimetric analyzer which determines various
parameters such as moisture, volatiles and ash at user-defined temperatures and atmospheres
in a single analysis. The thermogravimetrics analyzer TGA Thermostep simultaneously analyzes
up to 19 samples with sample weights up to 5 g and can be operated at temperatures up to
1000 °C.
A special feature of the TGA Thermostep is the management of crucible
covers. The thermogravimetric analyzer can place and remove the covers of the crucibles
during analysis. This feature allows for example the precise determination of volatile
content in coal and coke.

ELTRA's ELEMENTRAC CS-d is the only analyzer in the market for determination of carbon
and sulfur in organic as well as inorganic samples. For this purpose, the ELEMENTRAC
CS-d is equipped with both an induction and a resistance furnace (ELTRA Dual Furnace
Technology), covering the full range of carbon and sulfur analysis.
Up to four highly sensitive infrared (IR) cells allow for precise measurement
of both high and low carbon and sulfur concentrations in only one analysis. The measuring
range of each cell may be adapted to the user's specific requirements to ensure optimum
measurement conditions for each application.

in predominantly organic matrices such as soils, waste, wood, oil, coal and coke, ELTRA
offers the elemtal analyzers ELEMENTRAC CHS-r with IR detection.
The CHS-r with up to 3 infrared cells is designed for carbon, sulfur and
hydrogen measurement over a very wide concentration range. It uses a horizontal resistance
furnace with ceramic tube, which operates in a range from 600 °C to 1550 °C.
The
CHS-r combustion analyzer meets or exceeds the requirements of all common ASTM, DIN, EN or
ISO standards for elemental analysis.

carbon, hydrogen and sulfur in organic samples.
