Do you have a minimum order?
No. We positively welcome and encourage small orders. We are here to service your requirements large and small.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes! We can provide free technical support for instruments and applications  - even if you are not a customer. We also offer repair service for ELTRA, LECO, and other brands of analyzers. Please call us to help get you back to work in the lab.
How can I pay for my order?
We can accept payment by credit card; payments can also be made by international bank transfer or BACS. We currently invoice in Pounds Sterling, Euros, and US Dollars. We can set up an immediate 30 day account for bona fide companies, organisations, ...
