What are you doing about COVID safety?

We closely monitor and follow the latest government guidelines for COVID security.  Prior to all service visits, a COVID questionnaire is sent out detailing our procedures.  We ask that our engineers are given at least 2 metres of space when working on instruments to maintain social distancing.


What is your typical shipping time?

We hold a large quantity of spares and consumables for many products in our UK warehouse, which means that most products can be dispatched for next day delivery. 


Do you ship consumables outside the UK? 

Yes! Please contact us by telephone or e-mail to discuss your exact requirements.


What brands of analysers do you work on?

We currently service both ELTRA® and LECO® analysers. Our service technicans are factory-certified on ELTRA products as Sci-Lab has been the exclusive UK distributor of ELTRA analysers for many years. Additionally, much of our service staff has practical repair and service experience with LECO analysers from prior employment.


Do you offer service contracts for analysers?

We tailor our service contracts to your requirements.  This can be anything from a single preventative maintenance visit -  all the way to a contract, including all parts and consumables.  Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.


What are your typical service response times?

We aim to respond to all service calls within 1 working day, using telephone & internet control to diagnose & repair instruments.
